【考案の詳細な説明】 〔考案の技術分野〕 本考案は炊飯をかまど風に行なうものにあつ
て、特にそのヒータ構造を改良した電気釜に関す
る。

げ付きの防止を図つて上記電気ヒータを多重巻状
にすることが考えられており、ところが斯様に電
気ヒータを多重巻状にすると、その下方の内枠内
底面の掃除がし難くなつて反射率が落ち熱効率が
低下するという問題を生じる。そこで上記電気ヒ
ータを着脱可能にすることも考えられるのである
が、然し、多重巻状の電気ヒータはその着脱をす
る折りに変形し易く、元の形に戻すのに手間どつ
たり或いは戻し得ずして以後使用不能となり新し
い電気ヒータと取り換えざるを得なくなるという
問題点があつた。

以下本考案の一実施例につき図面を参照して説
明するに、先ず第1図に於いて、1は器枠であ
り、1aはその内枠で、この内枠1a内従つて器
枠1内に空間2を余して釜3を収容する様になつ
ている。一方、第2図に於いて、4は電気ヒータ
であり、これは例えばシーズ線から成るもので、
多重巻状例えば約一回半巻きの渦巻き状に曲成さ
れている。そして5はホルダであり、これは金属
板など耐熱性のある剛体から成るもので、中央部
5aが円形のリング状を成し、その両側に突出し
たアーム部5b,5bには夫々下向きの略半円状
を成す凹部6を所定の間隔を置いて二個ずつ形設
していて、該凹部6の夫々に前記電気ヒータ4を
嵌着している。而してこの折り第3図に示す様に
ホルダ5の外方の凹部6間の間隔幅Wに対して、
電気ヒータ4の同図中二点鎖線で示す常態に於け
る外周部の径Dをそれより大きく形成しておき、
以て組立ての際にはその電気ヒータ4の外周部を
上記ホルダ5の外方の凹部6間の間隔幅Wまで縮
小変径させてその外方の凹部6に夫々嵌着してお
り、一方、電気ヒータ4の内周部を常態のまま嵌
着した内方の凹部6に対しては夫々押え板7を取
着し、斯くして電気ヒータ4を保持している。そ
して斯様に保持した電気ヒータ4はその後ホルダ
5と共に前記器枠1内、特に内枠1a内の空間2
内に位置する様に配設しており、又、その内枠1
aの底部には上記電気ヒータ4の両端端子4a,
4b間の間隔幅wに合う位置に夫々孔8を形設す
ると共に該孔8に夫々下方から臨ませて第4図に
示す様な端子受け9を二つ割りの碍子10により
挾持して臨設していて、該端子受け9に上記孔8
から端子4a,4bを挿脱可能に押入し、以て電
気ヒータ4全体としてその着脱を可能ならしめて
いる。尚、第2図中11aは周知の自動炊飯スイ
ツチ機構11に於けるスイツチ本体例えばマイク
ロスイツチで、これを前記電気ヒータ4の空間部
下に位置せしめて内枠1aの下方に配設し、以て
電気ヒータ4の熱影響を過度に受けずに動作する
様にしている。

タ4もそれに保持せられたまま端子4a,4bを
夫々端子受け9から抜脱させて全体に引上げられ
るもので、特にこの折り、電気ヒータ4はその外
周部を弾性的に縮小変径させた状態でホルダ5に
保持せられているから、その保持もよりしつかり
とし、簡単に外れて変形してしまうという様なこ
とはない。又、このことは一旦取出した電気ヒー
タ4を再度器枠1内に配置する場合にも同じで、
即ち、電気ヒータ4をホルダ5によりしつかりと
保持した状態で器枠1内に配置できるものであ
り、これらのことから電気ヒータ4の着脱時に於
ける変形を確実に防止できるものである。そして
上述の様に電気ヒータ4の外周部を弾性的に変径
させてホルダ5に保持させるというのであるか
ら、これによつてその電気ヒータ4の外周部の径
のばらつきをも吸収することができ、その分電気
ヒータ4の曲成作業等を簡単にできて安価ならし
め得る。

特徴とするもので、これにより上記電気ヒータを
しつかり保持した状態にてそのまま着脱できると
いうものであるから、該電気ヒータを変形させる
様なことなく着脱できるという優れた実用的効果
を奏し、その上電気ヒータの曲成作業を簡単にで
きて安価ならしめ得るという効果まで奏するもの
である。
