DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is a decorative sheet used as a decorative floor material or a decorative wall material, which is particularly resistant to discoloration even when the thickness of the sheet is made thin, has good dimensional stability, and is decorative in terms of design. This invention relates to a method for manufacturing an embossed decorative sheet that has rich texture, depth, and realism because the inside of the sheet is embossed.

Conventional decorative sheets required a sheet thickness of 0.4 mm or more to reduce eye discoloration, which resulted in high costs and drawbacks such as swelling around the pressurized area due to long-term heating and pressurization. It had a In addition, in order to give a realistic feel to the design, the surface was embossed to create irregularities, but embossing the surface lacks the effect of creating texture or depth, and moreover, the recesses tend to get clogged. It had some flaws.

The present invention is a decorative sheet manufactured with these points in mind, which has a rich texture and a flat surface, and which uses a nonwoven fabric by thermally bonding the nonwoven fabric between a colored opaque resin film. Therefore, the irregularities on the surface of the base material are absorbed by the nonwoven fabric, so not only do they not appear as discoloration on the surface, but also because the nonwoven fabric fixes the resin film, dimensional changes due to heat are extremely small. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative sheet.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, a pearl solid layer 6 and a print layer 7 with a wood grain pattern or cloth grain pattern are provided on the surface of the colored opaque resin film 1 of the laminated sheet 5,
Then, from above the printed layer, embossing 8 is applied in the form of a hairline in the case of a wood grain pattern, or in the form of a rough texture such as satin or silk in the case of a cloth grain pattern.

In addition to the laminated sheet 5 shown in FIG.
A colored opaque resin film 1 was bonded to both sides of the nonwoven fabric 3 shown in the figure via an adhesive 4, or a colored opaque resin film 1 was bonded to both sides of the nonwoven fabric 3 shown in Figure 6 by thermocompression bonding. Things can be used. In each case, the pearl solid layer and the printing layer are provided on the surface of the colored opaque resin film 1.

The pearl solid layer 6 is formed using a vinyl resin such as a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, an acrylic resin, or other resin that has good adhesion to the film as a binder, and an ink containing a known pearl pigment. Note that the solid layer may be made of parallel lines.

The print layer 7 is selected from a wood grain pattern and a cloth grain pattern, and the shape of the embossing 8 is arbitrarily combined depending on the type of the pattern. For example, when the printed layer has a wood grain pattern, a hairline embossing is suitable, and when the printed layer has a cloth grain pattern, an emboss with a rough satin cloth or the like is suitable.

In addition, in the case of thermocompression bonding, it is better to sufficiently heat the transparent or translucent resin film, but not to apply too much heat to the film with the printed layer in order to prevent the emboss from coming back. As the nonwoven fabric, glass nonwoven fabric, polyester nonwoven fabric, or other materials with good heat resistance are used. The degree of heat resistance may be such that dimensional changes do not occur during the process of laminating it to the back side of the resin sheet or during the process of using it as a decorative sheet, that is, as a product.

The decorative sheet manufactured by the present invention as described above has a three-dimensional effect due to the embossment that can be observed from the surface side of the sheet, and also has a soft light reflection from the pearl solid layer. It can express softness and depth with a unique three-dimensional feel. Furthermore, since a nonwoven fabric or the like is used as the backing material, the softness and depth are not hindered by the grain fading. Furthermore, even when a printing layer with a cloth pattern other than a wood grain pattern is printed on the pearl solid layer, the present invention can improve the texture of silk or other cloth by embossing a rough satin finish, silk grain, or other cloth grain. It is extremely valuable for its texture and design effect as a decorative sheet, as it can express texture more faithfully.

[Example 1] A laminated sheet was created using an adhesive on a colored opaque resin film with a thickness of 0.1 mm, and then gravure was applied to the surface of the colored opaque vinyl chloride film of the laminated sheet using a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin as a binder. Pearl solid using ink (plate depth 40μ)
A three-color Japanese cypress pattern including the following was printed in the normal printing order. Next, a hairline-like embossing with a plate depth of 30 to 100 μm was applied to the printed surface, and a transparent vinyl chloride film having a thickness of 0.15 mm was dry-laminated on the embossed surface using an adhesive to obtain an embossed decorative sheet.

[Example 2] A 12 g/m 2 glass nonwoven fabric was used as a laminated sheet.
An embossed decorative sheet was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, except that a colored opaque vinyl chloride film having a thickness of 0.05 mm was heat-pressed onto a glass nonwoven fabric by sandwiching it.
