BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, there has been no frame material that has a simple structure and has heat insulation performance as a frame material for forming a greenhouse, a sunroom, a curtain wall, or the like. The present invention provides a heat insulating frame material for fitting a secondary glazing, etc. for these purposes. The details of the embodiments will be explained below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of wire-filled pair glass clamped and fixed according to the present invention. The heat insulating frame material of the present invention is a combination of three elements: an indoor frame material A, an outdoor frame material B, and a long heat insulating body C.

First, to explain the indoor frame material A, its cross section is a large rectangular shape with a strength comparable to that of a mullion.
On the outdoor side of the rectangular hollow reinforcement part A1 , a C-shaped groove 1 having a longitudinal opening formed in the central band of the surface is integrally extended. The frame material A of the embodiment is made of an extruded section made of aluminum alloy. C shown as a dotted line in the figure
The shallow groove 2 provided at the bottom of the shaped groove 1 is a modification for preventing the bottom of the groove from coming into contact with a connecting bolt, which will be described later, and is not necessarily necessary. Next, the outdoor frame material B is also made of an extruded aluminum alloy material, has a trapezoidal cross section, and has a longitudinally extending recess 2 formed in the center of the outdoor surface surface to accommodate a connecting bolt 3, which will be described later.
This serves as a tightening seat for the head 4 of the. On both back sides of the recess 2, long gaskets 5 for pressing the glass 8 etc. are fitted into C grooves by a conventional method.

Connecting the inner and outer frame members A and B is the heat insulator C, which has a nearly T-shaped cross section and is made of a head C1 and a connecting wall C2 , and is integrally molded from synthetic resin or synthetic rubber with heat insulating performance. It is a long item. The central band on the head surface is depressed from both sides. In the illustrated example, there is a two-stage recess 6, but this is to prevent the connecting bolt 3 from coming into contact with the bottom of the groove by the inner recess. Note that a heat-insulating gap is required between the bolt shank and the indoor frame member, that is, the bottom of the C-shaped groove.

The heat insulating body C has a heat insulating performance and also has the function of connecting the inner and outer frame members A and B, so that bolt through holes are formed at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction, and connecting bolts 3 are inserted. Note that 4' is a nut to which 4 is connected, and is made of a longitudinal thread or piece material.

Next, to describe an example of the use of the inventive heat insulating frame material, the connecting bolt 3 is inserted into the bolt hole opened at a predetermined gap in the central recess 2 of the outdoor frame material B, and the bolt and nut are inserted through the heat insulating body C. After temporarily fixing the head of the insulation in the C-shaped groove 1 of the indoor frame material A
Insert C 1 . After slightly loosening the temporary fixing and bringing one end of the long heat insulating packing 7 into close contact with the connecting wall C2 of the heat insulating body, after sandwiching glass etc. between the inner and outer frame members A and B, the connecting bolt 3 is tightened. By retightening, the glass 8 etc. are fixed. In the embodiment, the glass is wired pair glass 8, and 9 is a wire mesh.

In this case, for example, due to the cold outside temperature, heat is transferred from the outdoor frame member B to the connecting bolt head 4, but the bolt shank is surrounded by the heat insulator C, and the nut and shank tip are connected to the indoor frame member C as described above. Since there is no contact with the groove bottom, heat flow to the indoor side is prevented. Note that the intermediate air layer 10 where the glass 8 and the connecting wall C2 face each other exhibits a slight temperature drop due to heat transfer from the outdoor frame material B, but since the heat insulating packing 7 is in close contact with the connecting wall C2 . This prevents heat from being transferred to the C-shaped groove of the indoor frame material. The above explanation is based on mesh cross-section glass (paired glass), but if a single glass is used, the rising dimension of connecting wall C2 is too long, so the dimensions are shown by the dotted line in the figure. Therefore, it is convenient to make notches 11 on both sides of the connecting wall C2 as shown in FIG. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the notch 11.

FIG. 3 shows a different embodiment in which the heat insulating packing 7 is formed integrally with the heat insulating body C, and the nut 4' of the connecting bolt 3 is embedded in the head C1 of the heat insulating body.

In addition to the above, according to the present application, it not only has a simple structure and good on-site workability as a frame material for fitting glass etc. to form a sunroom or curtain wall, etc., but also has sufficient strength as a mullion material. In addition, as mentioned above, the heat insulation performance is extremely good. Furthermore, for aesthetic reasons, the connecting bolt heads screwed at regular intervals in the vertical direction do not protrude to the outside due to the presence of the recesses 2, and can be completely covered by attaching decorative beads 12 if necessary.
