本発明は記録再生装置に係り、特に記録媒体を収納した
カセットを装着位置に装着して記録および／または再生
を行なうようにした記録再生装置に関する。
Ｋ発明の概要Ａ
本発明は、記録再生装置のカセットを装着する装着部の
蓋体に液晶テレビを設けるようにしたものであって、こ
れによって記録再生装置を必要に応じてテレビジョン受

Ｋ発明が解決しようとする問題点】
ところが従来のテープレコーダは、原則として音声の記
録再生を行なう機能を備えており、さらに必要に応じて
ラジオ受信機の機能を付加したものがある。ところがこ
のような記録再生装置にテレビを設ける試みはなされて
いなかった。これは主としてテレビジョン受像機のデイ
スプレィを構成する陰極線管の形状および大きさに原因
があり、奥行きがあって大きなスペースを占める陰極線
管を記録再生装置に装着することが困難だからである。
本発明はこのような問題点に檻みてなされたものであっ
て、記録再生装置に液晶テレビを組込むことによって必
要に応じてテレビとして利用できるようにした記録再生
装置を提供することを目的とするものである。
に問題点を解決するための手段】
本発明は、記録媒体薔収納したカセットを装着位置に装
着して記録および／または再生を行なうようにした装置
において、前記カセットを装着する装着部の蓋体に液晶
テレビを設けるようにしたものである。
Ｋ作用】
従って本発明によれば、カセット装着部の蓋体に設けら
れた液晶テレビによって、記録再生装置をテレビとして
利用することが可能になる。
Ｋ実施例】
以下本発明を図示の一実施例につき説明する。
第１図および第２図は本発明の一実施例に係るウオーク
マンタイプのテープレコーダを示すものであって、この
テープレコーダのキャビネット１０の上面には第２図に
示すようにカセット装着部１１が設けられている。装着
部１１は蓋体１２によって開閉可能に覆われるようにな
っている。そして装着部１１にはリール軸１３、カセッ
ト位置決めビン１４、キャプスタン１５等が設けられて
おり、この装着部１１にテープカセットを装着してテー
プレコーダとして利用できるようになっている。
上記装着部１１を覆う蓋体１２にはそのほぼ中央部に長
方形の透明な保護板１６が設けられており、この保護板
１６の内側には第３図に示すように、液晶デイスプレィ
から成る透過型液晶テレビ１７が配されてる。このデイ
スプレィ１７は保持片１８によって蓋体１２の内側に保
持されるようになっている。そしてこの液晶テレビ１７
の光源として装着部１１にはライトパック１９が装着さ
れるようになっている。ライトパック１９内にはランプ
２０が設けられており、このランプ２０の光がパック１
９の表面に設けられている散乱板２１によって散乱され
て液晶テレビ１７を透過するようになっており、これに
よって明るい映像を液晶テレビ１゛７が形成するように
している。
このように本実施例に係るテープレコーダはそれ本来の
機能のみならず、テレビジョン受像機としても利用でき
るようになっている。そしてこのような機能に応じて、
キャビネット１０の側面側にはテープレコーダ用操作ボ
タン２２の他にテレビ用操作ボタン２３が設けられてい
る。またその上面であって蓋体１２の一部にはラジオ用
ダイヤル表示部２４およびテレビ用ダイヤル表示部２５
が平行して設けられている。そしてこれらの表示部２４
．２５を用いて同調動作を行なうためのチューニングつ
まみ２６が表示部２５の側部に設けられている。またキ
ャビネット１０の他の側面側には、伸縮可能にＯラドア
ンテナ２フが取付けられている。
つぎに装着部１１内に装着されるライトパック１９につ
いて説明すると、第４図に示すようにライトパンク１９
はテープカセットのケーシングとほぼ同じ形状の上下の
ハーフ２９．３０を備えており、これらのハーフ２９．
３０内にはプリント配線基板３１が配されている。そし
てハーフ２つ、３０および基板３１にはリール軸挿通孔
３２が形成されており、上記装着部１１のリール軸１３
の挿通を可能にしている。またプリント配線基板３１上
には必要な回路部品とともに、−対の電（ル３３が設け
られており、この電極３３によってランプ２０を保持す
るようにしている。ランプ２０は基板３１の側部に取付
けられた電源スィッチ４６によってその点滅が制御され
るようになっている。
またランプ２０に対向するように、上側のハーフ２９の
上部には矩形の散乱板２１が設けられている。この散乱
板２１はその少なくとも一方の表面に多数の凹凸が形成
されており、これによってランプ２０の光を散乱させて
面状光源を形成するようにしている。
つぎにこのライトパック１９のランプ２０を点灯するた
めの電池の保持構造について説明すると、第、４図およ
び第５図に示すようにハーフ２９．３０の背面側には切
欠き３４が設けられており、この切欠き３４に臨むよう
に電池ホルダ３４が設けられており、この切欠き３４に
臨むように電池ホルダ３５が配されてる。ホルダ３５は
ヒンジアーム３６を備え、このアーム３６によってハー
フ２９．３０に回動自在に支持されている。そしてアー
ム３６には一対の保持部３７が形成されており、これら
の保持部３７によってボタン電池３８．３つが保持され
るようになっている。
これらの電池３８．３９は互いに直列に接続されるよう
になっている。すなわち第６図および第７図に示すよう
に、プラス側のボタン電池３８はその側面がプリント配
線基板３１に保持されているプラス側端子板４ｏに接触
するようになっている。これに対して電池３８の下面の
マイナス側電極は共通の中間端子板４１に接触するよう
になっている。この端子４１は上記プリント基板３１の
下面に絶縁された状態で結合されている。そして中間端
子板４１の電極と接する部分以外の部分は絶縁紙４３に
よって絶縁されており、これによって中間端子板４１が
ボタン電池３８を短絡するのを防止するようにしている
。またマイナス側のボタン電池３９は第６図および第８
図に示すように、その上面の電極が基板３１に保持され
ているマイナス側端子板４２と接触されるとともに、そ
の下面のプラス側の電極が共通の端子板４１と接続され
るようになっている。
つぎに以上のような構成に成るこのテープレコーダをテ
レビジョン受像機として利用する場合の動作について説
明する。この場合には第４図〜第８図に示すライトパッ
ク１９を第２図に示すようにキャビネット１０のカセッ
ト装着部１１内に装着する。この場合には、電源スィッ
チ４６によって予めバック１９内のランプ２０を点灯し
ておく。
カセット装着部１１にライトパック１９を装着したなら
ば、蓋体１２を回動させて装着部１１を閉じるようにす
る。なお蓋体１２のヒンジ部には摩擦ブレーキ４７が設
けられており、これによって蓋体１２の回動運動を制動
するようにしている。
従ってこの蓋体１２に設けられている液晶テレビ１７に
衝撃が加わることが防止される。
このように装着部１１にライトパック１９を装着すると
ともに、蓋体１２によって装着部１１を覆うと、第１図
および第３図に示すように、ライトパック１９内のラン
プ２０によって透過型液晶テレビ１７がその内側から照
らされることになる。
従って操作ボタン２３によって所定の操作を行なうとと
もに、チューニングつまみ２６によってダイヤル表示部
２５を見ながらチャンネルの選択を行なうことによって
、液晶デイスプレィ１７によって所定のテレビ画像を形
成することが可能になる。この画像は透明板１６を通し
て外部から見ることができるようになる。従ってテープ
レコーダを必要に応じてテレビジョン受像機として利用
することが可能になる。なおこのテープレコーダを本来
の使用目的に使用する場合には、ライトパック１９に変
えてカセットテープを装着位置１１に装着すればよい。
このような液晶テレビ１７は、特に透過型の液晶デイス
プレィを用いるようにしており、ライトパック１９のラ
ンプ２０の光によって明るい映像を得るようにしている
。従って明るい画像を形成するテレビジョン受＆機をテ
ープレコーダに設けることが可能になる。しかもこの光
源は、カセット装着位置に装着されるテープカセットと
同じ形状のライトパック１９によって達成されるために
、バックライト照明を有するテレビジョン受像機１７を
テープレコーダに設けてもテープレコーダの大きさを大
きくする必要がなくなる。すなわち従来と同じ大きざの
テープレコーダに明るい画像を形成するテレビジョン受
像機の機能を付加することが可能になる。

以上本発明を図示の一実施例につき述べたが、本発明は
上記実施例によって限定されることなく、本発明の技術
的思想に基いて各種の変更が可能である。例えば上記実
施例においては、ライトパンク１９に電源スィッチ４６
を設け、このスイッチ４６によってランプ２０の点灯を
制御するようにしている。このような構成に変えて、ラ
イトパック１９のケーシングに接点を設けるとともに、
この接点を本体側の接点と接続し、キャビネット１０に
設けられている操作スイッチによってランプ２０の切換
えを行なうようにしてもよい。あるいはまたライトパッ
ク１９の装着あるいは蓋体１２の回動に連動して自動的
にランプ２０の点滅を制御するようにしてもよい。
Ｋ発明の効果】
以上のように本発明は、カセットを装着する装着部の益
体に液晶テレビを設けるようにしたちのである。従って
このような記録再生装置によれば、その大きさを大きく
することなくテレビジョン受像機としての機能を付加す
