【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は鉄骨鉄筋コンクリート造または柱鉄
骨鉄筋コンクリート造梁鉄骨造などの複合構造に
おける柱梁接合部、いわゆるパネルゾーンのせん
断補強筋構造に関するものである。
