Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は例えば自動車の天井材をインナパネルにクリ啼
プ止めする際のクリ〜デ取付けの足掛り、となるブラケ
ットを天井材裏面に取付ける場合等に用いらhるブラケ
ットの取付方法に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
従来は第5図に示すようにクリ!プ取付台部(11と、
該台部f11下面から垂設さねる脚部(2)とからなる
金属製のプラグ、)(81を例えばレジンボートからな
る基材(4)に裏面から打込むことによって取付けてい
た。この場合脚部C2)は若干量いた状態に設定し、打
込んだ際に脚部(2)の先端が外側に曲折してブラケッ
トC8)の取付強度を大きくする。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかしこのような従来の取付方法にあってはプラグ−)
 (81の取付強度を大きくするためにプラグ、)(8
)の脚部(2jが基材「4)の表面に1で達して基材(
410表面に凸部(51が形成され、外観上好ましいも
のではなくなってしまう。
〔問題点を解決するだめの手段〕
本発明は上記従来の問題点を解決する手段として、クリ
ープ取付台部Q戟3該台部(1m下面から垂設される脚
部亜からなシ、熱可塑性プラスチ・りを材料とするプラ
ケ啼トα3を基材α4IS面の取付位f!tKll装置
し、加熱圧着せしめるプラケートの取付方法を提供する
ものである。
〔作 用〕
クリ・プ取付台部αηと、該台部αυ下面から垂股され
る脚部υとからなり熱可塑性プラスチ雫りを材料とする
プラケッ)(13を基材a4表面の取付位置に載置して
加熱圧着すると、該ブラケット側の脚部(2)が先端か
ら溶融して基材Q4裏面の取付位置に融着する。
〔発明の効果〕
したがって本発明においてはブラケットの取付強度は大
きなものが得らするけれども、基材の表面には該ブラケ
ットの脚部による凸部は全く形成されず外観的に好オし
いものとなる。
〔実施例〕
本発明を第1図〜第8図に示す一実施例によって説明す
れば、ブラケットα3はクリ啼デ取付溝αηAを有する
クリ・デ取付部α1)Bを上面から6設した台部6店と
、該台部Qη下面から垂設される8本の脚部(2)とか
らなり、該脚部Q3の先端部は尖鋭に形成されている。
上記ブラケット0をVジンボード、ダンボール。
合成樹脂含浸ポリウレタン発泡体等からなる基材Q4裏
面の取付位置に載置して上型QQAと下型OQBとから
なる高周波プレス06により高周波加熱しつち抑圧する
。このような加熱圧着によって熱可塑性プラスチックか
らなるブラケット(至)の脚部(資)はその先端部から
溶融して第8図に示すように基材α尋裏面に融着する。
この際、ブラケット−が所望の高さKなるオで高周波プ
レスαQによる押圧を続ける。このように本発明におい
ては一種類のブラケットでも種々な高さに取付けること
が出来るのである。オたプラケート(13の脚部@を尖
鋭にしておけば加熱溶融が容易である。
ブラケットの材料としての熱可塑性プラスチックとして
はポリスチVン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、アク
リロ=トリル−ブタジェン−スチレン共重合体(ABS
)等がある。
第4図は本発明の他の実施例を示すものであり本実施例
ではブラケット叫は超音波プレス翰の下部支持枠(至)
AKセ啼トさね、その上から基材α4が裏面を下にして
載置さね、その上から押圧具(至)Bで押圧して超音波
加熱しつつプラケ啼ト叫を脚部@を介して基材Q4裏面
の取付位置に融着する。
本発明は上記実施例に限定されるものではなく例えばブ
ラケットの脚部は8本以外何本でもよいが、脚部の本数
を増やせば取付強度が大きくなることは勿論である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. クリップ取付台部と、該台部下面から垂設される脚部か
    らなり、熱可塑性プラスチックを材料とするブラケット
    を基材裏面の取付位置に載置し、加熱圧着せしめること
    を特徴とするブラケットの取付方法。
