Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the adjustment with high accuracy by making the center of a magnetic sheet slide face of a head coincident with the turning shaft center of the 2nd adjusting plate. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting support shaft 5 inserted in a reference hole 2 and an adjusting plate 6 held by screw 31,32 are turned in a direction of C-C around the shaft 5 with respect to a carriage 1 by inserting an eccentric in to a hole 7 of the carriage and acting a long hole 8 of the adjusting plate 6 so as to attain the adjustment in a direction B-B. The adjusting plate 6 is supported freely turnably by a support shaft boss 10 having a screw throughhole in the inside and an adjusting plate 9, and the adjusting plate 9 is turned around the said support shaft boss 10 with respect to the adjusting plate 6 by inserting the eccentric pin in the hole 10 of the adjusting plate 6 so as to act a long hole 11 of the adjusting plate 9 thereby attaining the adjustment in a direction A-A. Thus, the adjustment with high accuracy is attained.

調整ができなかった。

単な構造で、しかも精度の良い調整を可能とする調整機
構を有するヘッド装置を提供することを目的とする。

前記B−B方向の調整が可能である。

支軸17は圧縮バネ18をはさんで、ヘッド取り付は板
19の穴34を通して調整板9に取り付けられている。

中心がずれないので、従来のように繰り返し調整する必
要がなく、簡単な構造で、しかも精度の良い調整を可能
とすることが可能であり、量産上の効果が大きい。
