Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 下記の分割可能な収容体と、その収容体内に収納される
ゼンマイ式自動車玩具とからなるゼンマイ利用変形玩具
。 (イ)収容体は、周壁と側壁を有してそれぞれ収納凹部
を備えた左右一対の分割収容体からなり、前記収納凹部
の開口端縁を突合せた状態で収容体の完全形態を呈する
こと、 (ロ)収容体の一方の分割収容体は側壁外側面にゼンマ
イ巻上げ片を回転自在に備え、前記側壁に貫通された巻
上げ片の回転軸には前記収納凹部内側において歯車が固
着され、かつ、前記回転軸の前記収納凹部側端部に係止
部が設けてあること、 (ハ)収容体の他方の分割収容体は側壁内側面に前記一
方の分割収容体の回転軸に対応する突起を有し、その突
起の端部に係止部が設けてあること、 (ニ)自動車玩具には左右両側面において外側に開口し
、内側に外向きに弾発力を付与する弾発体が収容され、
前記各分割収容体の回転軸及び突起の先端を挿入しうる
連結筒が設けてあること、 (ホ)前記自動車玩具の側面外部にゼンマイ駆動部の入
力軸に結合された巻上げ歯車が備えられ、その巻上げ歯
車は自動車玩具を前記収容体の収納凹部に収納して前記
各分割収容体の回転軸及び突起を前記連結筒に挿入した
状態において前記収容体の歯車に噛合うこと、(ヘ)前
記自動車玩具のシャシーの上部に、スライダが前後方向
に摺動自在にかつ常時前号向に付勢されて保持され、そ
のスライダの左右両側部にスライダの前後移動とともに
前記連結筒の開口の一部を開閉するように移動する連係
片が設けられ、スライダの前記巻上げ歯車と反対側に前
方向に下り傾斜するテーパ面を有する被動作片を設けて
あること、 (ト)前記ゼンマイ駆動部の前記入力軸上に、同入力軸
の出力回転時に前記スライダの被動作片のテーパ面に摺
接するカムが設けてあること。
