In the method of using aromatic polyimide resin, since aromatic polyimide resin is insoluble in solvents, in order to form a film on a substrate, the film must be formed in the form of its precursor polyamic acid, and then heated at a high temperature of 300°C or higher. It is necessary to cyclize by heating.
