【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明Ｃよ包装材に使用するフィルムに関するものであ
る。

包装用フィルムは農業用、漁業用その
他商品流通等広い用途があり、またその用途によって大
きさ、厚さ、強度、材質等が異なるものである。本発明
は前述の種類に特定されることなく、フィルムにガス吸
着機能を有する特殊補助材料を含有散在せしめ、不要な
ガスの吸着を行う包装用フィルムを提供せんとしたもの
である。

本発明に係る包装用フィルムは、フィ
ルム中にガス吸着機能を有するセラミクス粉末を混入せ
しめてなるものである。

即ち混入せんとするセラミクス粉末はケイ酸と酸化アル
ミニウムを含有する天然の石灰質珪藻土及びケイ酸性原
料を焼成したものを粉末にしたもので、焼成手段は例え
ば特開昭６１−７２６７１号に示されているように常法
通り行い、フィルム基材例えばポリエチレンの場合、加
熱溶融ポリエチレンに対重量比３〜１０％程度粉末にし
て混入し、常法に従ってスリットより流出せしめると共
に冷却し、フィルム内に粉末が散在するように形成する
ものである。
ミニウムを含有する天然の石灰質珪藻土及びケイ酸性原
料を焼成したものを粉末にしたもので、焼成手段は例え
ば特開昭６１−７２６７１号に示されているように常法
通り行い、フィルム基材例えばポリエチレンの場合、加
熱溶融ポリエチレンに対重量比３〜１０％程度粉末にし
て混入し、常法に従ってスリットより流出せしめると共
に冷却し、フィルム内に粉末が散在するように形成する
ものである。
従って前記フィルムで食料品を包装し
たとすると、従来のフィルムと同様の包装機能を有する
他、セラミクス粉末のガス吸着により吸湿性が高まり且
つ臭いも吸収してしまうので、生鮮度の維持が従来のフ
ィルムに比して著しく向上しｔこものである。特にリン
ゴのようにエチレンガスを自己放出及び吸入を行うもの
にとっては、生鮮度の維持が驚異的に向上する。
他、セラミクス粉末のガス吸着により吸湿性が高まり且
つ臭いも吸収してしまうので、生鮮度の維持が従来のフ
ィルムに比して著しく向上しｔこものである。特にリン
ゴのようにエチレンガスを自己放出及び吸入を行うもの
にとっては、生鮮度の維持が驚異的に向上する。

- 【特許請求の範囲】 ケイ酸と酸化アルミニウムを含有する 天然の石灰質珪藻土及びケイ酸原料を焼 成した後粉末とし、前記粉末体を樹脂溶 融基材と混和し、これを常法に従ってス リットより流出せしめると共に冷却して 前記粉末体をフィルム内に散在せしめて なることを特徴とする包装用フィルム。
