Claims (1)
又は不織布等の通気性を有する素材によつて構成
した内袋に微粉末断熱材を収容し、次いで内袋の
端部を閉止したものをプレス加圧して所望の形状
に形成したのち所定時間乾燥させ、次いで前記乾
燥済みの内袋を、同じく金属蒸着を施した合成樹
脂等からなる非通気性の外袋に収容したのち、袋
の内部を真空減圧を施すことによつて排気し、次
いで外袋の開口部を溶着閉止することによつて得
る成形断熱構造体。 (2) 使用をする通気性を有する内袋が、クラフ
ト紙、通気性を有する不織布、通気用の小孔を多
数穿設した合成樹脂薄膜等から選択されたもので
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の成形
断熱構造体。 (3) 断熱性を有する微粒子が、粒径が50μm
以下、好ましくは粒径10μm以下の微粉シリカ
、シラスバルーン、パーライト、チタニア、サン
トセル、珪酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、珪
藻土、もみ殻粉等から選ばれた一つ若しくはこれ
らの混合物である実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
項記載の成形断熱構造体。 (4) 容体となる外袋及び通気用の小孔を穿設し
た内袋が、塩化ビニール樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂
、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリオレフイン樹脂、ポリス
