BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, steel sashes have often been attached to openings in buildings. However, with the spread of aluminum sashes in recent years, the steel sashes installed in conventional buildings have heavy rust that is difficult to repair when opening and closing shoji doors, poor sound insulation, and poor airtightness, making it difficult to operate. It has been recognized that there are problems with buildings such as poor appearance.

Therefore, the present invention relates to a method for removing the existing sashes from a building frame, and in particular, it is a method for removing existing sashes for multi-panel windows, which does not require a large-scale sash removal device and utilizes the remaining parts of the cut sashes. The object of the present invention is to provide a method for removing existing sashes that is extremely easy to work with and is pulled out.

The method for removing an existing sash according to the present invention is to cut off the upper part of a plurality of bundles and mullions installed in the skylight of a multi-tiered window with the remaining parts, and to remove the lower part of the mullions and the upper part of the cut mullions. Attach a sash removal jig between the remaining parts, pull out the upper frame, cut it, and remove it. Then, cut the mume on the outside of the connection between the mule and the mullion, and set it upright on the outside of the mullion. Then, the sash removal jig is installed between the lower part of the mullion and the connecting part between the mullion and the vertical frame, and the vertical frame is pulled out and removed, including the mullion. It can be removed by moving the remaining frame back and forth.

Furthermore, code 4 is without eyes, vertical frame 3 and mullion 7,
Alternatively, it is installed horizontally between the mullions 7. The upper part of the blind 4 is configured as a skylight 5. A bundle 6 is vertically erected between the blind 4 and the upper frame 1, and a middle crosspiece 8 is erected between the blind 4 and the lower frame 2.

In this way, the mullion 7 is placed upright on the upper frame 1 and the lower frame 2 to bear the load, and is thicker and stronger than the middle crosspiece 8 or the bundle 6, which do not bear a large load. . The removal method according to the present invention uses a mullion 7 that is stronger than the middle crosspiece 8 and the bundle 6, connects a sash removal jig G to this mullion 7, and removes the upper frame 1 and the vertical frames 3 and 3 from the frame. It is to be removed.

After that, a sash removal jig G including a tensioning tool such as a chain block D, a hook 12, etc., and a pulling jig is
is attached to mullions 7, 7, which have relatively strong strength. The mullion 7 has great strength, and there is no danger that the attached jig G will come off.

Next, the chain block D is operated to separate the upper frame 1 of the existing sash A from the building frame. Bottom frame 2
The reason why the upper frame 1 is spaced apart from the building frame is that the upper frame 1 is separated from the building frame because the lower frame 4, the left and right vertical frames 3, 3, and the lower frame 2 are still framed in a rectangular shape. 4 and the lower frame 2, a mullion 7 and a middle crosspiece 8 are erected,
It has a rigid structure. Therefore, the sash removal jig G
When the frame is pulled using a rigid structure, the lower frame 2, which is a part of the rigid structure, does not bend, and only the upper frame 1 separates from the building frame as shown in Fig. 3.

After cutting as above, the blank 4 and both vertical frames 3,
Through-holes 10, 10 are bored in the connecting portions of chain block D, and hooks 12 at the tip of chain block D are locked in these through-holes 10, 10, and hooks 12 at the rear end of chain block D, mullions 7, 7 through hole 10,1

Thus, the present invention has the above configuration, and the method for removing an existing sash according to the present invention utilizes the remaining portion of the mullion, which is relatively strong, and takes reaction force to this mullion for removal. There is no need for a large-scale device to remove it, and it can be pulled out with a simple removal jig, making it extremely easy to work with.
