Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シートクツシヨンに固設されるベース部材にシ
ートバツクが固設されるアーム部材を回動可能に
枢着した車両用シートのヒンジ装置であつて、前
記ベース部材に設けられたラツチ部材およびスト
ツパーピンにより、前記アーム部材が固設される
シートバツクを前倒不能かつ後倒不能に起立位置
に拘束したものにおいて、 前記アーム部材が当接し、起倒位置にあるシー
トバツクを後倒不能にするストツパーピンを前記
ベース部材に回転可能に嵌合し、 前記ストツパーピンに、前記回転中心からその
外周縁が偏位して前記アームに当接可能な受け部
を形成し、 シートバツクが起立位置に回動した際に、前記
ストツパーピンを回転し、前記アーム部材に受け
部を当接した位置で前記ストツパーピンをベース
部材に固着し、該ストツパーピンと前記ラツチ部
材とにより、前記アーム部材を前倒不能かつ後倒
不能にしたことを特徴とする車両用シートのヒン
ジ装置。
