  1. シートクツシヨン側に取付けられるベースと、
    このベースに回動自在に支持されてシートバツク
    側に取付けられるアームと、このアームの角度位
    置を選択してロツクするロツク機構とを備え、前
    記アームはシートバツクフレームの基端部に設け
    られたサイドブラケツトに、二組の取付け孔を介
    して固定具により締付け固定され、かつ少なくと
    も一方の締付け固定部がシートバツクフレーム、
    サイドブラケツト及びアームを共締めしてなるこ
    とを特徴とするリクライニングデバイス。
