ハウジング部分の合わせ面の内面部適宜個所に、
深さ方向が半径方向となる溝と深さ方向が軸方向
となる溝とを周方向に形成し、且つハウジング内
周部の上記溝に外周部を嵌め込むための仕切板を
ハウジングとは別体に構成して、その外周部に上
記半径方向に深くなる溝に対応させてストレート
部を設けると共に、上記軸方向に深くなる溝に対
応させて屈曲部を設け、上記ストレート部及び屈
曲部を上記異なる溝に嵌めて組み付け、半径方向
の上記ストレート部及び屈曲部と上記各溝内面と
の間にクリアランスを形成したことを特徴とする
