前車軸または後車軸のいずれか一方の車軸とほ
ぼ同軸に配置されトランスミツシヨンの出力軸に
より回転駆動される最終減速歯車と、この最終減
速歯車と連動回転する中央差動装置と、前記一方
の車軸とほぼ同軸上で前記中央差動装置と並んで
配置され中央差動装置からの駆動力を第１伝達軸
によつて受ける第１差動歯車装置と、前記一方の
車軸とほぼ同軸に配置され前記中央差動装置の駆
動力を前車軸または後車軸のいずれか他方の車軸
へ伝達するための第２伝達軸と、この第２伝達軸
に設けられた動力伝達歯車と、この動力伝達歯車
の回転方向を直角に変換して前記他方の車軸にお
ける第２差動歯車装置に伝達する方向変換歯車組
と、前記中央差動装置と第１差動歯車装置との間
に配置され前記第１伝達軸側と第２伝達軸側との
間の差動を制限するビスカスカツプリングとを備
えた動力伝達装置であつて、前記動力伝達歯車と
前記ビスカスカツプリングのアウターケースとを
一体的に形成すると共に、前記ビスカスカツプリ
ングのインナーケースと前記第１差動歯車装置の
ケーシングとを一体的に形成したことを特徴とす
