Therefore, attempts have been made to improve the elastic modulus by mixing pulp fibers and short carbon fibers, forming paper, or reinforcing the resin with short carbon fibers. These have certainly a higher (E/ρ) 1/2 than those made of paper. However, on the other hand, since the internal loss (tan δ) is low, there is a problem in that acoustic distortion becomes large, especially in the mid-bass range.

いのである。 On the other hand, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 52-89912 describes a speaker cone made of a combination of a high elastic resin and a low elastic resin. That is, this speaker cone attempts to improve the lack of tan δ, which was a problem with CFRP speaker cones, by using a low elastic resin in combination with the conventionally used high elastic resin. However, although this speaker cone does have a higher tanδ than a speaker cone that uses only high elastic resin, the carbon fiber content is lower (E/
ρ) There is a problem that it is difficult to maintain 1/2 . That is, the conventional speaker cone mentioned above. A so-called sanderch structure is adopted, in which a so-called core layer consisting of CFRP of low elastic resin and carbon fiber is provided with a layer consisting only of high elastic resin and does not contain carbon fiber on both sides, so carbon fiber is used in the core layer. Even if it is possible to increase the carbon fiber content, the carbon fiber content as a whole will not increase because it has a layer made only of high elastic resin and does not contain carbon fiber.

There is provided a speaker cone characterized in that ABS resin or butadiene rubber is contained in an amount of 2 to 50 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of epoxy resin.

These amounts tend to be high, so these amounts are selected within a range that can maintain a high (E/ρ) 1/2 and also provide the desired tan δ. That is, (E/ρ) 1/2 and
Considering the correlation with tanδ, select a range that provides a good balance between the two. As mentioned above, this range is 2
~50 parts by weight. However, if the amount of ABS resin or butadiene rubber mixed in with respect to the epoxy resin is less than 2 parts by weight, (E/ρ) 1/2 is satisfied, but the tan δ does not become high. If it exceeds the value, tan δ will increase, but (E/ρ) 1/2 will become too low, making it impossible to achieve the object of the present invention in either case.

The woven fabric may be, for example, a plain woven fabric in which the warp and weft yarns intertwine to form a texture, which is very common for woven fabrics. In such textiles, the threads are bent (crimped) at the intersecting portions, but are woven with substantially straight warps and thin wefts, and are generally called directional textiles.
Lined up parallel to each other in one direction and in a sheet form,
Two fiber groups consisting of substantially straight fibers are combined with auxiliary fibers consisting of fibers having a higher breaking elongation than the above-mentioned fibers, for example, auxiliary fibers such as nylon fiber, polyester fiber, aramid fiber, etc. for carbon fiber. It is also possible to use a woven fabric, generally called a non-crimp woven fabric, which is held together by a crimped material.

うになる。Effects of the Invention The speaker cone of the present invention is made by reinforcing a mixed resin of epoxy resin and ABS resin or butadiene rubber with carbon fiber, and contains 2 to 50 parts by weight of ABS resin or butadiene rubber per 100 parts by weight of the epoxy resin. Since the weight part is mixed, as shown in the example, (E/ρ) 1/2 is high and a wider piston motion range is obtained, and tan δ is high, which reduces acoustic distortion especially in the mid-low range. can be greatly reduced, making it possible to reproduce more faithfully the original sound.
