By the way, conventionally, in order to lay such floor slabs side by side, a bundle of multiple stacked floor slabs is lifted from the ground using a crane, etc., and this is temporarily placed on a steel frame or on the floor slab that has already been laid. Workers were carrying and laying the sheets one by one by hand.

With this method, it may not be possible to secure enough space on the steel frame under construction to temporarily store the bundle of suspended slabs, and the place where they are temporarily stored may be far away from the place where they will be laid. There may be a lot of transportation work at heights.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention uses a floor slab in which the end portions of the corrugated sheet are formed low along the continuous direction of the waves, and reinforcing bars are laid and fixed on the square end of the corrugated sheet, and the end portions are preliminarily placed between the small beams. The slabs to be installed in the adjacent spans are stacked on top of the slabs with the sections welded and fixed to form a built-in unit. The unit is then lifted with a crane, etc., and the ends of the small beams are fixed between the large beams. The idea is to then move the upper deck horizontally to several positions using a moving wire or a moving tool.

According to the present invention, the stacked floor slabs are suspended together with the small beams, and are automatically temporarily placed by fixing the small beams to the main beams. Then, the upper floor slab temporarily placed in this way can be pulled with wires or suspended from moving equipment and moved horizontally to several positions on the adjacent span. It can be a lock at one end of a wire or a moving device.

Further, the reinforcing bars can be used as supporting materials to make it easier to move horizontally by stacking the floor slabs in a slightly floating state, and can also be used as reinforcing bar receivers when placing reinforcement on the floor slabs.

First, the floor slab used in the present invention will be explained.
As shown in FIG. 5, the floor slab 1 is made of a steel corrugated plate 1a such as a keystone plate, and the end portion 1b is formed lower than the center portion along the continuous direction of the waves. . Then, reinforcing bars 2 were laid in the longitudinal direction on the end 1b of this floor slab 1 and fixed by welding in advance.

On the other hand, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the steel frame for the small beam 3 was
They were arranged in parallel with a span distance apart, and the floor slabs 11 were hung over the upper flanges, and the ends were fixed by welding. Furthermore, a second floor slab 12 is placed on top of this floor slab 11, and a third floor slab 13 is superimposed thereon. In this case, the peaks and valleys of the corrugated plates of the floor slabs are aligned, but the floor slab facing upward is supported by the reinforcing bars 2 of the floor slab below, and the peaks and valleys are completely aligned. It is supported in a slightly floating state without being in close contact. Note that the floor slabs 12 and 13 are planned to be laid in the span adjacent to the lowest floor slab 11, and the floor slab 13 may be slightly longer than the others.

Next, the number wire 4 is untied, and as shown in FIG.
By pulling this wire 9, the floor plate 13 is horizontally moved to the several magazine position. In addition, the hanging piece 5 provided on the small beam 3
can be used as a stopper and a guide for the other end of the wire 9, and a winding device 10 such as a chill hole is provided in the middle of the wire 9 to pull it. During movement, this floor slab 13 is supported on the floor slab 12 only by the reinforcing bars 2, so it can be pulled with less frictional resistance.

In this embodiment, a lattice beam is used for the beam member 29 in order to reduce the weight. A hanging hook 31 at the end of the floor slab is slidably provided on the lower chord member 29a via a short sheath pipe 30. A plurality of sheath tubes 30 and hooks 31 are provided at the lower end of the beam member 29 at appropriate intervals, and those having different orientations are arranged alternately.

Next, when the handle 27 is turned to raise the beam member 29, the end of the floor slab 1 is also lifted, and when the cart 21 is pushed and moved on the upper flange of the girder 11, the floor slab 1 is raised as shown in FIG. is pulled out with one end cantilevered by the beam member 29, and moves on the girder 11 in such a way that only the other end is pulled. Once the floor slab 1 has been moved to the position where it should be laid, the beam member 29 can be lowered again and the hook 31 can be removed.

In this way, when the floor slab 1 is stacked with three sheets as shown in the figure, for example, the second floor slab is pulled out to the side next to the floor slab on the - level, and then the second floor slab is pulled out to the side next to the hook 31 used first. By hooking the opposite end to the beam member 29 using the reverse hook 31 and pulling it out to the opposite side, three floor slabs can be laid one after the other.
