かつ小内径端に開放せられる環状の段部を有し、
上記テーパ内径面に、外部から油を圧入する油孔
が設けられ、 内スリーブの小外径端部と外スリーブの上記段
部の内径面との間の環状空間に、両者間をシール
して軸方向内方に油圧室を形成する封止部材が配
され、 上記内スリーブは、外スリーブ内への正規の組
込位置にあつて、大外径端が外スリーブの大内径
端よりそして小外径端が上記封止部材よりもそれ
