裏面にフイラネツクとの気密性を図るシール部材
が装着された蓋体と、この蓋体に取り付いて上記
フイラネツクの弁座に圧接する弁ケースと、当該
弁ケース内に装着された加負圧弁機構とから成る
ことを特徴とする熱交換器用樹脂キヤツプ。 (2) 弁ケースは、蓋体の裏面に垂設された円筒
状の保持突起に係合する円筒状の係合突起と、フ
イラネツクの弁座に圧接する段部を介して当該係
合突起と連結し、フイラネツクとの気密性を図る
シール部材が外嵌する小径の円筒状突起とから成
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
項記載の熱交換器用樹脂キヤツプ。 (3) 加負圧弁機構は、負圧通気孔を有し、且つ
上面に形成した筒状突起に上記蓋体との間に介在
された加圧スプリングの下端が外嵌して弁ケース
の段部に押圧される弁取付部と、当該弁取付部の
裏面側に取り付けられた弾性パツキンとから成り
、当該弾性パツキンには、冷却系の加圧時に上記
負圧通気孔に当接してその負圧通気孔の冷却水流
路を閉鎖し、冷却系の負圧時に撓んで冷却水流路
を開放する舌片を設けたことを特徴とする実用新
