(2) When the thickness of the leaf spring is extremely thin, such as 0.03 to 0.10M, the leaf spring may be deformed during assembly, resulting in poor yield. Furthermore, when the leaf spring device is fixed with screws, slippage occurs between the leaf spring and the members sandwiching it, deforming the leaf spring.

(Function) By having end holes in the leaf spring holding parts of the fixed member and the movable member, when the fixed member and the movable member are formed at the ends of the leaf spring by injection molding, the leaf spring is free from mechanical strain and heat. It is possible to prevent physical stress from being applied. This improves the characteristics when driving the moving member of the leaf spring device.

(1) Since the end face holes are provided in the leaf spring holding portions of the fixed member and the movable member, a large load is not applied to the leaf spring during injection molding of the fixed member and the movable member. Therefore, the leaf spring is not deformed and drive characteristics with high linearity as shown in FIG. 4 can be obtained.By also forming the lightening holes, the characteristics can be further improved. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the driving characteristics of the leaf spring device shown in FIG. 1, which were measured in the same manner as in the conventional example.
