【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 送油ポンプから送られる燃料を機関に適宜
供給する燃料噴射ポンプの燃料溜り室から余剰の
燃料を燃料タンクへ戻すとともに上記燃料溜り室
内から空気を抜くための燃料噴射ポンプの自動空
気抜き装置であつて、 前記燃料溜り室に形成した開口部に係合する余
剰燃料戻し装置本体を設け、この余剰燃料戻し装
置本体に形成したオリフイスを介して前記燃料溜
り室内の余剰燃料および空気を前記燃料タンクへ
戻すようにしたことを特徴とする燃料噴射ポンプ
の自動空気抜き装置。 (2) 前記余剰燃料戻し装置本体は、これをアイ
ボルトおよびアイとし、このアイボルトの軸方向
中心部に形成した燃料戻し通路を前記燃料溜り室
に連通させるとともに、該燃料戻し通路に開口す
るオリフイスを前記アイボルトおよび前記アイの
いずれか一方に形成し、このオリフイスを介して
前記燃料溜り室内の余剰燃料および空気を前記燃
料タンクへ送るようにしたことを特徴とする実用
