リング状に形成された第１の溝と、前記フランジの内周面に前記第１の溝に対向し
てリング状に形成された第２の溝と、前記第２の溝に交差して前記フランジをその半
径方向に貫通する挿入穴と、前記第１及び第２の溝により形成された空間部
に前記挿入穴から挿入され前記フランジを前記容
器本体に固定する固定部材とを有することを特徴
