[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a penetration portion of a cable (electric wire) through a fireproof wall or the like.

Conventionally, for cable penetrations in fireproof walls, etc., the cable penetration hole in the wall was filled with a noncombustible material such as rock wool, and the openings on both sides of the through hole were closed with noncombustible plates (the noncombustible plate was made using supporting materials such as bolts). (installation),
The tiny gap between the noncombustible plate and the cable that passes through it was sealed with a flame-resistant sealant.
In the above-mentioned non-combustible sealed structure, once it is constructed, the non-combustible plate and non-combustible material cannot be removed unless the flame-resistant sealing material that has been filled with it is destroyed, and when resealing, the once-broken sealed part cannot be removed. It was necessary to prepare a new flame-resistant sealing material and recreate it, and the dismantling and resealing process required a large amount of man-hours and time, making it difficult to easily accommodate the need to add or relocate cables.

本考案は、上記した従来技術の問題点に鑑み、

In view of the problems of the prior art described above, the present invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a penetrating portion of this type of cable through a fireproof wall, etc., which can be filled and sealed with a non-combustible material and removed, making it easy to accommodate the addition or relocation of cables.

In other words, the penetrating portion of the present invention is constructed by inserting a large number of self-deformable bags made of noncombustible materials into a bag made of noncombustible material, filled with about 60 to 80% of amorphous noncombustible materials such as powder or fibers, and inserted into a fireproof wall, etc. The bag made of non-combustible material is loaded between the through-hole and the cable passed through the through-hole in such a manner that they are in close contact with each other so that they can be separated.

A through hole 4 having a diameter sufficiently larger than the diameter of the cable 3 is provided in the fireproof wall 1.
Through which the cable 3 is installed through the wall. Therefore, a noncombustible member 2 is used in the wall through hole 1 to fill and seal the gap between the cable and the cable. This is a self-deformable bag-packed noncombustible material filled with about 60 to 80% of the material, which is made by filling a large number of the materials 2, 2, etc. in close contact so that the bags 2b can be separated from each other.

The degree of filling of the bag 2b with the amorphous noncombustible material 2a is set to 60~
By setting it to about 80%, the degree of freedom in self-shape change of the bag 2b filled with the noncombustible material 2a can be increased, and the area around the cable 3 can be filled to seal the through hole 4.

As described above, the penetrating portion of the present invention consists of a large number of self-deformable bag-packed noncombustible materials made by storing amorphous noncombustible materials such as powder or fibers that can be shaped into any shape in a noncombustible material bag. Since the bagging noncombustible members 2 are filled and sealed, it is extremely easy to seal the through hole by self-deformation of each bagging noncombustible member 2, and these bagging noncombustible members 2 are simply brought into close contact with each other with the bags 2b. can be removed from the through hole 4 as desired while still packed in a bag,
The through-hole can be sealed by simply repacking the bagging material, and therefore, adding or relocating cables can be easily accommodated by extremely simple measures such as attaching/detaching the bagging material and adjusting the number of cables. ,
The structure can also be greatly simplified. etc., the effect in reducing the number of work hours is significant.
