Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove corrosive gas such as oxygen or chlorine melted in hot water and prevent components from being corroded by a method wherein a sub-circulation circuit is arranged in a hot water storing tank, hot water is branch to flow in the sub-circulation circuit and the branch hot water is injected and deaerated in an open type deaeration box. CONSTITUTION:Hot water in a hot water storing tank 15 heated by a heater 16 is partially flowed to a main circulation circuit 17 and partially flowed to a sub- circulation circuit 20. The hot water flowed to the sub-circulation circuit 20 is passed through a feeding pipe 23 and injected by an injection nozzle 24 arranged within the open type deaeration box 21 and then corrosive gas such as oxygen or chlorine melted in the hot water is completely removed. The hot water after deaeration is stored once in the open type deaeration box 21, then fed out through a feeding-out pipe 26 under operation of a forced pump 22 and then returned back into the hot water storing tank 15. A repetition of this action causes the hot water stored in the hot water storing tank 15 to be completely removed and at the same time the hot water circulating in the main circulation circuit 17 is also completely removed and the corrosion of pipings and equipment is prevented.

(Utility Model Publication No. 55-91902) As another example of the conventional deaerator, as shown in FIG. There is an air separation device 14 which is provided with an outflow pipe 13 through which the liquid exits approximately tangentially. In this air separation device 14, the air in the liquid that has flowed into the tank 1° is separated while swirling and descending along the inner wall of the tank and accumulates in the upper part of the tank 10. When a certain amount has accumulated, the air is removed from the air vent 11. This is what is released into the atmosphere. (Refer to Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-127708) (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, the bubble separator 8 shown in FIG. Although large bubbles can be separated, gases such as oxygen and chlorine brought in by the water supply and dissolved in the hot water cannot be degassed because the hollow large diameter portion 8a is sealed and the pressure inside the air cushion cylinder 8b is high. It is something that cannot be done.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the deaeration method of the circulation type hot water supply equipment of the present invention provides a method for degassing the hot water storage tank by providing a sub-circulation circuit in the hot water storage tank in the circulation type hot water supply equipment. The hot water is diverted to the sub-circulation circuit, and after being sprayed and deaerated in an open deaeration box installed in the middle of the sub-circulation circuit, it is returned to the hot water storage tank by a push pump and circulated through the main circulation circuit. It is characterized by deaerating the required amount for corrosion prevention.

(Function) As mentioned above, hot water diverted from the hot water storage tank to the sub-circulation circuit is sprayed and deaerated in an open deaeration box, so corrosive gases such as oxygen and chlorine dissolved in the hot water are completely removed. It is degassed and released into the atmosphere. The degassed water is returned to the hot water storage tank by a push pump. Since this action is repeated and repeated, the water in the hot water storage tank and the water flowing through the main circulation circuit are gradually deaerated, and even when hot water is used and water is replenished from an elevated water tank, By repeating and continuously performing the above actions, the amount of corrosive gas necessary for corrosion prevention is degassed, and in response to load fluctuations in hot water supply, the hot water storage tank is transferred to a sub-circulation circuit independent of the main circulation circuit. Since the water is diverted and degassed by spraying in the open deaeration box, there is little influence on the main circulation circuit, there is no shortage of hot water, and extremely stable operating conditions can be maintained.

Now, to explain the deaeration method of the present invention in the above-mentioned circulating hot water supply equipment, a portion of the water heated by the heater 16 in the hot water storage tank 15 flows to the main circulation circuit 17, and a portion flows to the subcirculation circuit 2o. Divert. The hot water diverted to this sub-circulation circuit 20 passes through an inlet pipe 23 and is sprayed by a spray nozzle 24 provided in an open deaeration box 21 to remove corrosive gases such as oxygen and chlorine dissolved in the hot water. is completely degassed. After degassing, the thirst is once stored in the open degassing box 21.
It is led out from the outlet pipe 26 by the push pump 22, returned to the hot water storage tank 15, mixed with undegassed water stored in the hot water storage tank 15, and a part of it flows back to the main circulation circuit 17. A part of the water is diverted to the sub-circulation circuit, degassed again in the open type deaeration box 21, and then returned to the hot water storage tank 15 again.
