Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a skin material from getting creases or broken by clamping and adjusting a skin material covering synthetic resin by specific tension, and molding integrally with said synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:Facings 6 are disposed on four corners of a skin material stationary frame 4, and a skin material 10 is placed between said facings and a female mold 3. Then, the female mold 4 is lowered, and after the skin material 10 is clamped between the female mold 3 and the facings 6 of the skin material stationary frame 4, molten resin 11 is fed between the skin material 10 and a male mold 2. Further, in elevating device is started to lower the female mold 3 and the skin material stationary frame 4, and molten resin 11 is flown to press the skin material 10 cibly to the female mold 3 side. At the same time, a peripheral edge 12 of the skin material 10 is drawn into a recessed section of the female mold 3, while the same slides between the facings 6 of the skin material stationary frame 4 and the female mold 3, and the skin material 10 being stretched. At the same time, by controlling in multi-stages the hydraulic power of expansion devices 5, 5', in accordance with the position of the female mold 3, resistance to slip of the skin material 10 is varied to control slippage, and prevent generation of creases.

However, on the other hand, it has drawbacks such as being cheap, feeling cold, and being easily scratched, and there has been a strong demand for it to have decorative properties and a soft feel. Conventionally, various studies have been made to obtain composites with functions that satisfy these demands, but it has been found that a single material with improved surface properties that overcomes the above drawbacks while retaining its obvious formability and strength. It is difficult to have the same properties, and at present, Wi layer bodies that combine a plurality of materials with different functions are generally used.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention provides a skin material fixing device which is movably attached to the female mold or male mold of a molding device consisting of a female mold and a male mold, and has an opening through which the convex portion of the male mold passes. After the peripheral edge of the skin material is held between the fixed frame and the female mold by the frame, a core material molten resin is supplied between the skin material and the female mold or the male mold, and the female mold and the male mold are In the production of a multilayer molded product consisting of a skin material and a core resin that are molded together, the sliding resistance of the fixed frame and the female mold against the periphery of the skin material can be adjusted depending on the location of the fixed frame and/or the shaping of the skin material. The present invention relates to a method for producing a multilayer molded product, which is characterized by arbitrarily controlling the time during the process.

It is necessary to keep the stretching of the skin material to a minimum and to prevent excess skin material from slipping into the cavity. For this purpose, it is effective to control the sliding resistance against the skin material by clamping the periphery of the skin material with an appropriate force.

When the shape of the molded product is relatively simple, the slip resistance of the skin material is almost uniform around the entire periphery of the skin material, and there are no wrinkles or tears, and the texture of the skin material is maintained even if no control is performed during the shaping process. However, as the shape of the molded product becomes more complex, the slip resistance against the skin material will vary depending on the location, and if necessary, the time required for the shaping process will be changed. By changing the sliding resistance against the skin material, it is possible to obtain a molded product with an excellent skin texture.

For example, when molding a box-shaped molded product with skin material laminated on the outside, the square parts of the box are areas where the skin material is left over, so the slip resistance is made greater than other parts. It is preferable to suppress sliding into the cavity. Further, it is preferable that the slip resistance be lower in the deep part of the aperture than in the shallow part.

Here, if the slip resistance against the skin material due to the formation of the skin material fixing frame (4) is too small, the skin material αO will cause a large slip between the female die (3) and the skin material fixing frame (4), and the laminate (1
The skin material αQ having an area larger than that required for step 4) is supplied into the female mold (3), causing wrinkles. On the other hand, if the surface constant force is excessive, the skin material OO will not be able to withstand this tension and will be damaged.

In order to obtain a molded product with a good texture without wrinkles and with minimal elongation of the skin material during the production of complex-shaped products, it is necessary to improve the slip resistance of the skin material and the process of shaping the skin material. It is important to have detailed and precise control by the time within. The slip resistance of the skin material at each time during the skin material shaping process for each part of the skin material is determined by the material properties, that is, the elongation of the skin material lO, or the structural properties of the molded product, such as the shape of the molded product, each vertex, and each side. It is also necessary to set the curvature to the optimum value. Generally, first, the hydraulic pressure of the expansion device is set to a low level so that the whole body has a small sliding resistance, and in this state, the state of wrinkles is confirmed, and the skin material fixing frame corresponding to the part where the wrinkles are generated is Depending on the degree of wrinkles on the surface, a surface material with high slip resistance is attached to adjust the slip resistance of each part. Also, if necessary, the oil pressure of the expansion and contraction device is set to purple depending on the location and time during the skin material shaping process.

Using a similar concept, it is possible to divide a portion of the skin material fixing frame that requires increased slip resistance, control the oil pressure to a high level in that portion, and adjust the slip resistance to a high level. The four parts of the fixing frame of the skin material on which the face material 6 of FIG. The same effect as above can be achieved by increasing .
