設定する手段とを有するとともに前記降雨信号お
よびアラーム信号を入力し、このアラーム信号を
前記アラーム発生手段へ送出する遅延回路と；か
らなり： この遅延回路は前記降雨信号が、(イ)発生した
ときだけ、または(ロ)発生しないときだけに設定
された前記遅延時間だけ遅延させて前記アラーム
信号を前記アラーム発生手段へ送出するとともに
、この(イ)と(ロ)のモードのいずれかを選択する
