- 回路パターンが印刷された薄形のプリント基板
上に、ＩＣなどのパツケージのリード足をはんだ
付するためのハンダ付パターンを形成したパツケ
ージはんだ付用プリント基板において、前記プリ
ント基板に、前記ハンダ付パターンに近接させて
放熱用パターンを形成したことを特徴とするパツ
ケージはんだ付用プリント基板。
