ロツトルバルブを含む吸気通路をバイパスするバ
イパス吸気通路に介装されるエア流量制御弁と、
機関回転数が目標回転数となるようにエア流量制
御弁の開度をフイードバツク制御して吸入空気量
を増減制御する回転数制御手段と、エア流量制御
弁の開度を学習する学習手段と、機関負荷に応じ
た燃料を機関に供給する燃料噴射手段と、燃料温
度を代表する温度に応じて燃料噴射手段による燃
料噴射量を増量する燃料増量手段とを備えた内燃
機関のアイドル調整装置であつて、燃料増量手段
による燃料増量実行中は学習手段における学習値
の変更を禁止する学習値変更禁止手段を備えたこ
