ト位置を検出する手段と、該シフト位置が走行レ
ンジか非走行レンジかを判別するシフト位置判別
手段と、シフト位置判別手段からの非走行レンジ
信号により、アクチユエータに発進クラツチが微
少な一定引きずりトルクを発生するように制御信
号を出力するクラツチ制御手段とを設けたことを
