Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 少なくとも回転子マグネツトに対向し、円状
に配置された複数の固定子コイルと、前記固定子
コイル間の結線を行なうための曲げ自在な配線基
板を、モールド成形などの手段により、支持構体
と一体化した構造のコアレスモータ用ステータに
おいて、上記支持構体内に位置する上記曲げ自在
な配線基板の外周に、上記モールド成形などの手
段によりリブを設けたことを特徴とするコアレス
モータ用ステータ。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のコアレ
スモータ用ステータにおいて、上記支持構体内に
位置する上記曲げ自在な配線基板の外形の一部に
へこみを設けたもので、上記モールド成形などの
手段により上記曲げ自在な配線基板の外周に、リ
ブを設けたことを特徴とするコアレスモータ用ス
テータ。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のコアレ
スモータ用ステータにおいて、上記曲げ自在な配
線基板の、上記支持構体からの引き出し部に上記
モールド成形などの手段により、固定用はり出し
部を設けたことを特徴とするコアレスモータ用ス
テータ。 ４ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載のコアレ
スモータ用ステータにおいて、上記曲げ自在な配
線基板の引き出し部両面を、上記モールド成形な
どの手段により、はさみ込み、表と裏とで寸法が
異なる固定用はり出し部を設けたことを特徴とす
るコアレスモータ用ステータ。
