Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ブラシを軸線に中心に回転するモーターの
整流子に対して弾力的に押圧させるブラシアーム
と、前記ブラシアームを支持するフレームとを有
するブラシ組立品を有する電動モーターにおいて
、前記フレームが前記軸線を横切つてモーターに
挿入される時ブラシを整流子から遠ざけて保持す
る保持手段がフレームに設けられ、前記ブラシは
整流子に対して一列になると解放されて、整流子
に当接することを特徴とする電動モーター。 (2) 前記モーターがハウジングと前記保持手段
とを有し、前記保持手段はブラシを整流子から遠
ざけて保持する為に前記ブラシアームもしくはブ
ラシと係合する端部を有する弾性アームを具備し
、前記ハウジングにはブラシを整流子上に解放す
る為にアームを前記ブラシアームもしくはブラシ
との係止を解放する解放手段が具備されているこ
とを特徴とする登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の
モーター。 (3) 前記ハウジングがケーシングとケーシング
に取付けられ前述のフレームを挿入する溝の少な
くとも一部を形成する端末キヤツプとを具備する
ことを特徴とする登録請求の範囲第(2)項記載の
モーター。 (4) 前記溝がケーシングと端末キヤツプとの間
に定義される登録請求の範囲第(3)項記載のモー
ター。 (5) 前記解放手段が端末キヤツプ上に設けられ
た登録請求の範囲第(3)項ないし第(4)項のいずれ
かに記載のモーター。 (6) 前記フレームがフレームのモーターへの挿
入量を規定する肩部に対して衡当していることを
特徴とする登録請求の範囲第(3)項及び第(4)項及
び第(5)項のいずれかに記載のモーター。 (7) 前述のフレームがモーターに挿入される時
フレームがモーターから外れることを防止若しく
は抑制する為に肩部と係止するストツプ部を具備
する弾性アームを有したフレームを特徴とする登
録請求の範囲第(3)項ないし第(6)項のいずれかに
記載のモーター。 (8) 前記のブラシアームが前記のフレームの長
穴に嵌合し、長穴に衝当する部分のフレームは前
記のフレームがモーターに挿入される時閉められ
ることを特徴とする登録請求の範囲第(3)項ない
しは第(7)項のいずれかに記載のモーター。 (9) １対のブラシアーム若しくはブラシを具備
することを特徴とする登録請求の範囲第(1)項な
いしは第(8)項のいずれかに記載のモーター。 (10) １対のアームの各々が一端にてブラシを支
持し該アームの他端にては互いに係止されている
アームを具備する前記フレームを有することを特
徴とする登録請求の範囲第(1)項ないしは第(9)項
のいずれかに記載のモーター。 〓(11)１１〓 前記の保持手段がアームの結合部
に設けられていることを特徴とする登録請求の範
囲第(3)項に記載のモーター。 〓(12)１２〓 ハウジングと、ブラシを弾性的に
偏倚して整流子に押しつけるブラシアームを具備
するブラシ組立品とブラシアームを支持するフレ
ームとを有する電動モーターにおいて、前記フレ
ームがハウジングに挿入される時はブラシを整流
子から遠ざけて保持する為の保持手段を有し、フ
レームがハウジングに挿入されると自動的にブラ
シを整流子に解放する解放手段が設けられている
ことを特徴とする電動モーター。
