- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流路の流れ方向に配設したピストン、固定部材
、及びこれらを挾圧する挾圧部材を備え、流路内
を移動可能な流路区画装置であつて、 上記ピストンは、外周に上記流路をシールする
シール部材を有し、 上記固定部材を、上記挾圧部材の挾圧により拡
径して流路内壁に圧接する板体で構成した、 ことを特徴とする流路区画装置。
