軸方向に間隔を存して複数の放電電極を配設した
複数の放電電極部を互いに前記中空部の軸線を一
致させて着脱自在に連結して設け、全放電電極部
の中空部にわたつて高電圧用導電部材を挿入し、
連結された放電電極部の一端部で高電圧電源に前
記導電部材を接続するコネクタを備えたコネクタ
部を着脱自在に設け、連結された放電電極部の他
端部を保持する保持部を着脱自在に設け、前記コ
ネクタ部、各放電電極部及び保持部を連結状態で
一体に着脱自在に収納する接地された金属ケース
を設け、該ケースに設けた開口に前記放電電極を
