回転位置をデイスクホイール及びホイールキヤツ
プのそれぞれの開口部が一致しない状態に規制し
、かつスプリングの付勢力に抗して回転するホイ
ールキヤツプの回転位置をデイスクホイール及び
ホイールキヤツプのそれぞれの開口部が一致する
状態に規制するストツパーとを備えてなる車両用
