Claims (1)
- 機台１上に固定ダイベース２と固定フレーム３
とを所要の間隔をおき対向させて設置し、該固定
ダイベース２と固定フレーム３の四隅間にタイバ
ー４，４を架設し、該タイバー４，４に可動フレ
ーム５を摺動可能に装架し、該可動フレーム５の
背面に、前記固定フレーム３に固設したシリンダ
６を連結し、該可動フレーム５に、背面に突出部
８ａを有する可動ダイベース８を支持ピン９を介
して垂直面内で正逆回転可能に装着し、該可動ダ
イベース８の上部に、前記可動フレーム５に枢支
したシリンダ１１をピン連結し、前記可動フレー
ム５に、垂直状態の可動ダイベース８の突出部８
ａ先端が当接可能な調節ボルト１３を螺着し、前
記可動ダイベース８が前記固定ダイベース２に対
して後退した地点における前記支持ピン９の下方
位置にローラコンベア１４を昇降可能に配設し、
下降時のローラコンベア１４と搬送レベルが一致
するローラコンベア１７を該ローラコンベア１４
に隣接させて設置したことを特徴とする発泡樹脂
製品成形機。
