Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 瓶のネツク６あるいは類似な容器の口に固定
    する手段５を有する注ぎ口１と、該注ぎ口１を覆
    つて密封し、取り外し可能に取り付けられたキヤ
    ツプ２と、不正開封防止手段とから成り、該不正
    開封防止手段は予め取り去られなければ該キヤツ
    プ２が取去られないように該キヤツプ２と協動し
    、取去り可能に該注ぎ口１に接続された保証片２
    ３により構成される瓶あるいは類似な容器のため
    の弾性を有する注ぎ口と封止キヤツプとの組合せ
    である容器の不正開封防止装置において、 該保証片２３が該キヤツプ２の全高に亘つて伸
    延し、該保証片２３の自由端で該キヤツプ２の外
    側上縁を覆う環状の内曲り部２９を有し、該キヤ
    ツプ２は該キヤツプ２の底１５の外面上に環状の
    肩２２を有し、該肩２２に該保証片２３の内曲り
    部２９が載置されることを特徴とする容器の不正
    開封防止装置。 ２ 該内曲り部２９が周縁上に配設された切り込
    み３０によつて中断された実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の容器の不正開封防止装置。 ３ 該保証片２３は熱可塑性物質から製造され、
    該保証片２３の内曲り部２９が該キヤツプ２に接
    着された実用新案登録請求の範囲前項いずれかに
    記載の容器の不正開封防止装置。 ４ 連続した結合線２７と周縁上に分散された補
    強橋２８により該保証片２３が該注ぎ口１に結合
    された実用新案登録請求の範囲前項いずれかに記
    載の容器の不正開封防止装置。 ５ 該キヤツプ２の上面の上方に展開されている
    膜３３が該保証片２３の内曲り部２９に接着され
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲前項いずれかに記載の
    容器の不正開封防止装置。 ６ 該キヤツプ２が上面の該底１５から該キヤツ
    プ２の下縁に向けて収束する円錐状の外形を有す
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲前項いずれかに記載の
    容器の不正開封防止装置。 ７ 該注ぎ口１が瓶の該ネツク６を外側で囲繞し
    、該ネツク６の外溝７に固定するための内側玉縁
    ５を有する少なくとも１個の円形スカート４を有
    し、該スカート４が下端がネツク部の外側肩１２
    に載置されるような延長部１１を該玉縁５より下
    方に有し、該延長部１１が垂直な溝の形で周上に
    配設され、厚さを薄くした複数の区域１３を有す
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲前項いずれかに記載の
    容器の不正開封防止装置。 ８ 該注ぎ口１の外側スカート４が厚さを薄くし
    た区域１３間において該延長部１１と玉縁５との
    間に内側斜面１４を有する実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第７項記載の不正開封防止装置。
