封入して前記ワークとマスタタンクとの差圧を検
出してワークのリークテストを行う装置であつて
、回動し且つ所定部位に停止可能な保持部材に複
数のシール機構を配設すると共に、前記シール機
構にはワークに画成された開口部を閉塞する複数
のシール治具を当該ワークに対して進退自在に設
けるよう構成することを特徴とするリークテスト
装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置
において、シール機構を構成する複数のシール治
具はシール部材を含み、当該シール部材をワーク
の開口部を気密に閉塞すべく、所定量傾斜変位可
能に構成してなるリークテスト装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２
項記載の装置において、複数のシール治具の中、
いずれか１つのシール治具に通路を画成し、前記
通路を介してワークと圧縮空気の供給源、差圧検
出器等とを連通するよう構成してなるリークテス
