Claims (1)
- 素体の両端部にそれぞれ、銀を含まないオーム
性の材料により素体の少なくとも周囲面を覆う接
触電極を形成するとともに、銀を主成分とする材
料により前記接触電極の上から素体の端面および
周囲面を覆う表面電極を形成し、表面電極どうし
の対向縁を接触電極どうしの対向縁より端部側へ
後退させたことを特徴とするチツプ型正特性サー
ミスタ。
