Claims (1)
ムと、支軸に関し揺動自在であつて該アームをデ
イスクに対し昇降自在に支承する支承部材とを備
え、デイスクが記録再生位置に達したときに支承
部材がデイスク側に回動して上記ヘツドをデイス
クに摺接せしめて情報の記録再生をおこなうデイ
スク駆動装置において、上記支承部材の反ヘツド
側に突設され、該ヘツドのデイスクに対する離間
位置を規定する係止部と、該係止部を上記離間位
置で係止可能であるとともに、デイスクを挿入し
てデイスクが予め設定された位置に達したときの
み上記係止部との係止状態を解除し、かつ該解除
時にデイスクのケース部を押圧する係止装置を設
けたことを特徴とするデイスク駆動装置。 (2) 特許請求の範囲第(1)項において、上記係止
装置が、係止部を係止する係止端と、デイスクの
ケースに当接して回転させられる当接端とを備え
回転自在に支承された回転子と、この回転子の当
接端側をデイスク排出方向に付勢する付勢手段と
からなることを特徴とするデイスク駆動装置。 (3) 特許請求の範囲(1)項において、上記係止装
置が、自由端側に係止端を備え、かつデイスクの
非挿入時にはデイスク挿入部に突出し、デイスク
の挿入時にはデイスクによつて押圧されてデイス
ク面と平行な方向に伸長して係止端の係止状態を
解除する湾曲部を備えたばね部材からなることを
