たゴミに投入させる駆動装置を装備し、前記ホツ
パの落下口に、流体通過部が略直線状で且つその
径が前記ホツパの落下口径よりも大きなボール弁
を接続し、このボール弁に該ボール弁との接続部
の内径が前記ホツパの落下口径より大きく且つ少
なくとも交叉する送水本管との連結部において内
径が末広がりである分岐管を接続してなることを
