により接続したリード線と、 上記引き出し線およびリード線を挿通した絶縁
チユーブと、 一端に開口を有する筒状の有底金属製保護管と
、を具備し、 上記サーミスタ素子と、該サーミスタ素子の上
記の引き出し線、熔接部およびこれに続くリード
線の心線等の金属体の露出部分に高純度アルミナ
含有のシリコングリースを塗布し、上記サーミス
タ素子、該サーミスタ素子の上記引き出し線およ
び上記リード線に上記絶縁チユーブを被着し、上
記サーミスタ素子が上記金属製保護管の底部に接
触するように挿入し、上記金属製保護管をその開
口部においてかしめ上記絶縁チユーブに圧着した
