Claims (1)
- 気泡を有する圧電セラミツク材１ａと、当該圧
電セラミツク材１ａの両面に形成した電極部１ｂ
よりなる圧電セラミツク１と、当該圧電セラミツ
ク１の一面において接着された金属板２を有する
圧電振動素子であつて、前記接着剤３が前記圧電
セラミツク材１ａの側面を含んで塗布されている
ことを特徴とする圧電振動素子。
