【考案の詳細な説明】 パイプ素材からニツプルを製造する場合には、
先ず初めに素材の一端に所定のテーパねじを切削
したのちこれを所定のニツプル長さに切断する。
次いでこの切断した素材の他端に同様のテーパね
じを切削することによりニツプルが得られる。ニ
ツプルチヤツクは一端にすでにテーパねじを切削
したニツプル素材片の他端にテーパねじを切削す
る際に上記テーパねじ端部を保持するために用い
られる。即ちニツプルチヤツクは対応テーパめね
じ孔を有し、このめねじ孔にニツプルのねじ端部
を単にねじ込むだけでよい。しかしながらニツプ
ルの他端に所要のテーパねじを加工する際の切削
トルクにより上記ニツプルチヤツクのめねじ孔内
にねじ込まれているニツプルのねじ端部が更に奥
に必要以上にねじ込まれる結果非常にきつく締ま
り込みニツプルチヤツクからニツプルを外すのが
困難になるという問題を呈していた。

からはボルト5が挿入される。ボルト5のねじ軸
部7は各取付軸3の先端に形成されるねじ孔9内
にねじ込まれる。従つてチヤツク部1A,1Bは
ボルト5を締め付けることにより一体化され、か
つボルト5を緩めることにより分離せしめられ
る。
