圧入しても該穿孔口周囲にクラツクが生じる惧れ
はなく、その圧入作業を的確に行い得ると共に油
路の通路断面積を十分に確保し得るものである。

には、隔壁9により区画された第1及び第2油溜
室5a,5bを有する補助油溜5を前記第2油圧
室4′に隣接して連設し、さらにこの補助油溜5
の上端に前記両油溜室5a,5bと連通する主油
溜6を連設し、一方の前記油溜室5b底面に第2
油圧室4′の補給孔11′を開口する一方、他方の
前記油溜室5aを油路13を介して第1油圧室4
の補給孔11に連通した、自動車のタンデム型マ
スタシリンダにおいて、前記シリンダ本体1及び
補助油溜5を、前者の上壁の一部と後者の底壁と
が共通化するように一体に成形し、この補助油溜
5及び前記取付フランジ1a間を接続するように
シリンダ本体1の上壁に厚肉部1bを一体に形成
すると共に、この厚肉部1bに前記取付フランジ
1aの端面からの穿孔により前記油路13を形成
し、この油路13の、前記取付フランジ1aに設
けられる穿孔口Hには、前記車室前面壁Wまたは
倍力装置に対面して抜止めされる盲栓14を圧入
したことを特徴とする、自動車のタンデム型マス
タシリンダ。

While the supply hole 11' of the hydraulic chamber 4' is opened, the other oil reservoir chamber 5a is connected to the first hydraulic chamber 4 through the oil passage 13.
In the tandem type master cylinder of an automobile, which communicates with the supply hole 11 of the cylinder body 1 and the auxiliary oil reservoir 5, the cylinder body 1 and the auxiliary oil reservoir 5 are integrally molded so that a part of the upper wall of the former and a bottom wall of the latter are common. A thick wall portion 1b is integrally formed on the upper wall of the cylinder body 1 so as to connect the auxiliary oil reservoir 5 and the mounting flange 1a, and a hole is formed in the thick wall portion 1b from the end surface of the mounting flange 1a. The oil passage 13 is formed, and the perforation H of the oil passage 13 provided in the mounting flange 1a is provided with a blind plug 14 that faces the front wall W of the vehicle interior or the booster and is prevented from coming out.
