断若しくは反射された該光ビームを受光し、物体
による光ビームの光量変化に比例した直流検出信
号を出力する光電変換部とを備えた光電検出装置
において、光電変換部にその直流検出信号を所定
の時定数で設定値に調整する自動利得調整回路を
設けると共に、該直流検出信号に対して前記自動
利得調整回路の時定数より小さい遅れ時間だけ遅
延して追従する基準信号を発生する遅延回路と、
該基準信号と前記検出信号の差を演算して出力す
る出力演算回路とを設け、光量の急激な変化をパ
ルス状信号として出力するようになしたことを特
徴とする光電検出装置。 2 前記遅延回路が所定時定数の積分回路であり
