Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling without requiring long time or skill, by making asymmetric oval guide holes having diameters decreasing toward the center radially through a guide plate for guiding a dot wire. CONSTITUTION:A dot wire 2 is inserted into a plurality of guide holes 11a, 11b formed through guide plates 3a, 3b and guided. The guide holes 11a, 11b are arranged radially in the guide plates 3a, 3b and formed into asymmetric ovals having a short diameter at the central side and long diameter at the outside. The dot wire 2 can be inserted easily through the outside large diameter portion of each guide hole 11a, 11b. Since printing is made with the dot wire 2 being pushed against the central side of the guide holes 11a, 11b, the function of wire guide is not influenced. Consequently, even a beginer can insert the dot wire in short time without causing breakdown of dot wire due to collision against the guide plate, resulting that a dot printer head having stable quality can be produced.

ってドツトワイヤを折損させるという事態も少なく、品
質の安定したドツトプリントヘッドを低価格で提供でき
、また自動化も行ないやすいと言う効果がある。
