Claims (1)
- 周縁にフランジ部を持つベースとキヤツプを気
密封止しスペーサを取り付けた圧電振動子におい
て、該スペーサは弾性シートで中央部に該キヤツ
プ外形が入る穴部を有し、該穴部近傍に該穴部を
挟んで対称的に１組のスリツトを設け、該スリツ
トを該フランジ部に掛けて固定し、該スペーサ端
部が該フランジ部下面にあることを特徴とする圧
電振動子。
