Claims (1)
- 調理室の側部に分岐板を介して送風室を区画形
成し、この送風室内に収納したフアンにて調理室
外に設けたバーナの熱気を、分岐板に設けた通気
孔を通して調理室内に強制導入し且調理室内で循
環すると共に、上記フアンにて調理室内の熱気の
一部を外部に排出するものにおいて、上記調理室
の室外上方に、一端を調理室の上面適所に開口し
他端を上記フアンの吸引部に連通する熱気通路を
区画形成すると共に、この熱気通路内に全一次空
気式バーナの燃焼部を配設する事を特徴とする調
理装置。
