合温度を設定値以下に温度制御することによシ、素子破
壊を防止し、従来の接点不良等の問題を解消すると共に
温度管理にょ多素子自体を小パワーで安価なものを使用
出来るようにしたものである。

よシ双方向性サイリスタの放熱フィン温度が上限値T1
と12間に制御されている様子がわかる。

温度上昇値が一定幅に制御され、素子そのものの寿命が
伸びると伴に、信頼性も向上する。さらに放熱フィン自
体を小型化することが出来るといった利点もある。この
ように本発明の実用価値はきわめて大なるものがある。
